Panda Express Wins the 2018 Momentum Award!

On April 1st at the Bridgewater Marriott, Children’s Specialized Hospital and the local Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals team, hosted their annual Miracle Summit! The Miracle Summit is to recognize, inspire and grow the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals partnership in Northern NJ. It’s a celebration of all of the fundraising success in 2018!

Throughout the lunch presentation, the CMN Hospitals NJ team likes to recognize our hospital’s highest achievers from 2018 through the Miracle Awards. The awards include, Children’s Cheerleader, Awesome Associate, Marathon Mover and Shaker, Most Fun Fundraiser, the 2018 Leadership Award and the new, Momentum Award.  The Momentum Award recognizes a specific partner, program or fundraising event that experienced an exceptional increase in fundraising from 2017-2018.

The first ever winner of the Momentum Award was awarded to our amazing friends at Panda Express! There are currently 6 local Panda Express Restaurants in the northern NJ market. These locations are located in cities across the state including, Bayonne, Union, Clark, South Plainfield, North Bergen and Jersey City! These 6 restaurants fundraised over $51,000 for Children’s Specialized Hospital Foundation, increasing their year over year fundraising by over 24%!
