Our Holiday Wish List

Has your holiday shopping begun? If you would like to give back to our patients this season, please click here to see our wish list that describes specific items our therapists and staff have identified that will be most beneficial to our patients, including: specific toys, games, puzzles, arts & crafts, clothing and gift cards as well as items to fill weekend snack bags and welcome bags, and more! You can also visit our AmazonSmile wish list and have items delivered directly to the hospital!

We can only accept new, unused and unopened items, unwrapped, with original packaging, and cannot accept any stuffed or plush toys at this time due to health and safety concerns.  Please print, and fill out this form, and attach it to your donation at the time of drop off.

We ask that you please schedule your donation drop off in advance so that we can thank each donor personally and to help us process each donation properly.
