Phi Mu Visits Local CMN Hospital
On Friday, Oct 25th, over 50 members from Phi Mu at Rutgers University visited their local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital, Children’s Specialized Hospital.
Phi Mu is the only sorority to be a corporate sponsor of CMNH. Supporting 170 Children’s Miracle Network hospitals nationwide, Phi Mu has raised over $10 million since 1986, improving the quality of life for children everywhere.
However, Phi Mu at Rutgers University became a local partner in 2014 and has raised $118,000 for CHS. In addition, Phi Mu raises awareness for over 37,000 sick and injured children in NJ! The members learned some fundraising best practices, toured the hospital, and prepped for their annual Casino Night fundraiser! Casino Night will be on November 14th at the College Ave Student Center Multi-Purpose Room. The event will be held from 7-10pm. Come join Phi MU for a fun –filled night!
