Extra Lifers Game with the Kids at Children’s Specialized Hospital

We were thrilled to host a wonderful group of Extra Lifers at PSE&G Children’s Specialized Hospital’s inpatient unit in New Brunswick to play game with the kids in preparation for game day this Saturday!  The kids had a blast playing board games, card games, video games and experiencing virtual reality!  A big thank you to all the gamers that came out to brighten our kids day and special shout out to Ken from Ctrl V Howell for bringing the virtual reality equipment, Erick and North Star Games for donating card games, Jeff for donating bookmarks and Jon for donating over 100 Funko toys for the kids!  We are so grateful for the time of all of the gamers who came.  This group of 17 represents almost 600 gamers who will play games for 24 hours this Saturday to raise funds for Children’s Specialized Hospital.  Currently, they have raised over $43k towards their goal of $180k for brand new pediatric heart monitors for our inpatient unit.  It is not too late to join Extra Life!  Register at www.extra-life.org/register and join us in this epic virtual event.  Play any game, any where and ask your friends and family to donate to help our kids at Children’s Specialized Hospital.  Happy Gaming!
